License

Ruckly is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal. The app-specific notes below add to that agreement.

Fitness and safety

Ruckly does not provide medical advice. Rucking can involve load, terrain, weather, traffic, and other risks. You are responsible for using the app safely, choosing appropriate routes and pack weight, following local laws, trail rules, and property restrictions, and consulting a qualified professional when needed.

Acceptable use

Use Ruckly only for its intended personal fitness purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the service, access it through automated means, or use challenge invites to harass, spam, or pressure other people. We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove access that abuses the service or other users.

Subscriptions

Ruckly Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple Account. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple Account settings.
